Just trying to make sense of who you know yourself to be or how to understand your emotions can feel very isolating
Your confidence and self-esteem may feel low or feel like it’s been shattered, the stress of living your life authentically to you and the reaction of friends and families may have surprised you, upset you, or caused you further distress.
You may feel lonely and unsure where to go for support, which may lead to increased anxiety or feeling of low mood. What is paramount though, is what’s important to you? What is it that you need, or want to make life okay for you?
